If you have possessions, you have an estate. Your orderly care for them during your lifetime represents financial management. Arranging for their disposition after your lifetime is called estate planning. Your interest in learning about the benefits of estate planning is inspiring to us and we welcome the opportunity to partner with you to ensure your vision for the future is realized.
You have worked hard to acquire your land, home, and business. You want to preserve and protect what you have worked years to acquire for the benefit of future generations. If you have questions on how best to go about taking these steps or you need an estate plan, please give us a call.

Honor Current & Future Generations
We are grateful to those individuals whose visionary planning ensures current and future generations will enjoy the beauty of our preserved land, open space, wildlife habitats, and natural resources. Their wishes will be carried out in the mission of our daily work.
TVC’s Heritage Society honors the goodwill of individuals who have chosen to include TVC in their will or trust. Donors may leave an unrestricted or a restricted gift to:
- TVC Capital Fund or TVC Endowment Fund
- A gift for a specific program, project or activity
A gift through a will or trust may be provided in cash, appreciated securities, real estate, charitable trust, or designation on a life insurance policy or retirement account. Specific articles of tangible personal property may also be accepted.
Benefits of the Heritage Society
- Your name displayed on the Heritage Society “wall” and in our Annual Report
- Invitations to an annual recognition luncheon and other special events
- Peace of mind as a result of knowing you are leaving future generations with the preservation of open space, wildlife, and natural beauty
Giving is Simple
There is no minimum gift amount required, and we do not request a copy of any documents. The only qualification is to notify Tri-Valley Conservancy that a gift has been made in your will or trust. If you wish to be an anonymous supporter, Tri-Valley Conservancy will honor your request.
